Bundesliga club Hoffenheim fires coach Babbel

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — German media say Hoffenheim has fired coach Markus Babbel after four straight defeats.
Babbel's expected dismissal on Monday came one day after a 4-1 home loss to Werder Bremen.
Kicker says Babbel will be provisionally replaced by under-23 coach Frank Kramer.
Babbel was in charge less than 10 months. Hoffenheim has only 12 points from 15 matches and is third form last.
