NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market:

Las Vegas Sands Corp., up $2.59 at $48.75

Casino revenue in Macau, where the casino operator owns four properties, rose 13.5 percent last year to a record $38 billion.

Marriott International Inc., up $1.52 at $38.79

An analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey upgraded the hotel operator's stock to "Buy" from "Neutral," citing its valuation.

ArcelorMittal, up 38 cents at $17.85

The steel company will sell a 15 percent stake in one of its iron ore operations to an Asian-led consortium for $1.1 billion.

Zipcar Inc., up $3.94 at $12.18

Avis Budget Group Inc. is expanding its offerings from traditional car rentals by buying the car sharing company for $491.2 million.

Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc., up 95 cents at $6.21

The New York-based drug developer said that its treatment for chronic constipation outperformed a placebo in a late-stage study.

Parexel International Corp., up $1.53 at $31.12

A Citi Research analyst raised his rating on the pharmaceutical research contractor's stock, saying its core business is improving.

Skullcandy Inc., down 99 cents at $6.80

A Jefferies analyst downgraded the headphone and iPhone accessories maker to "Underperform" from "Buy" citing increased competition.

Qualcomm Inc., up $2.89 at $64.75

An analyst at Citi Research added the mobile phone chip maker to its Top Picks Live list citing the firm's opportunities in China.
