CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Events on the 34th day of 2013 General Session of the Wyoming Legislature: Mon., Feb. 25:

LOTTERY: The House voted not to concur with Senate changes to a bill that would allow creation of a state lottery. The House version of the bill would send proceeds to local governments while the Senate wants to use the money to support schools. A conference committee voted to devote the first $6 million to local governments while money after that would support a school fund. Both houses would still have to approve the agreement.

MEDICAID: The House voted to approve a bill that would call on the Wyoming Department of Health to reform the Medicaid system in the state. The bill calls for increase managed care. The Senate would still have to concur with House amendments.

EMINENT DOMAIN: The House for the second time voted to approve a bill that could make entities seeking to condemn land through eminent domain responsible for the legal bills of the property owner if they don't offer a fair price.

BISON: The Senate for the second time approved a bill that would allow hunters who kill a cow bison to apply for and receive a license to hunt another one after five years.

SEARCH AND RESCUE: The Senate for the second time voted to approve a bill that would expand legal immunity for search and rescue volunteers.
