WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — A manager and operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities is opening a new $12 million facility in suburban Detroit.

Ciena Healthcare says "Notting Hill of West Bloomfield" in Oakland County's West Bloomfield Township will create at least 150 new full- and part-time jobs.

The facility has 94 short-term rehabilitation and long-term care suites, including 56 private suites, and offers medical services following surgery or a hospital stay. The aim is to provide hotel-style services and amenities in a tranquil environment.

The facility also has a library, recreational area, lounge, spa and salon.
