From the National Weather Service, Norman Forecast Office:

“Very strong northwest winds will spread over the region this morning, with some damaging winds possible across northern and western parts of Oklahoma.

Motorists should exercise caution due to the potential for difficult handling and reduced visibilities in blowing dust.

All outdoor burning and other activities that could lead to the start of fires should be avoided!”
