Assault charges filed against Tulsa doctor
TULSA - Tulsa County prosecutors have charged a local surgeon who allegedly chased down a group of teens who rang his doorbell and ran away, then bashed in their car with a baseball bat.
Forty-one-year-old Richard Lee Cooper of Tulsa is charged with seven counts of assault and battery, one count of malicious injury to property and one count of assault.
