Oklahoma County judge is asked to decide who gets Thunder tickets
10/10/2012 An Oklahoma County judge is being asked to decide who will get two club-level tickets to a third of the home games for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Oklahoma City attorney Doug Friesen has been in the news this year because he is helping former pharmacist Jerome Jay Ersland appeal a murder conviction.

Ersland, 60, is serving a life term for fatally shooting a wounded robber in 2009 inside the Reliable Discount Pharmacy in south Oklahoma City. A jury last year found Ersland guilty of first-degree murder.

Friesen is asking the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals to grant a new trial. Friesen claims Ersland's lead trial attorney was inept.
