A look at cartel associates with Oklahoma horse racing licenses

• Fernando Solis Garcia, 29, is listed as registered agent for a man named Francisco Silva-Ramos. He lists an address in Tuscon, Ariz.

• Eusevio Maldonado Huitron, 48, of Texas, is listed as a trainer. He also holds similar licenses in Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana.

• Carlos Miguel Nayen Borbolla, 26, of Texas, is listed as an owner. He is also licensed in New Mexico, California and Louisiana.

• Sergio Rogelio Guerrero Rincon, 40, of Mexico, is listed as an owner, with similar licenses being issued in Texas and California.
