→Eliminating the trout license.

→Eliminating individual deer licenses and selling deer licenses for each season (archery, muzzleloader and gun) which would include all deer for each season.

→Creating an annual "Sportsman’s License” which would include hunting and fishing licenses, all deer and turkey licenses, elk and antelope licenses, state waterfowl stamp and special fur license.

→Consolidating lifetime licenses by eliminating 5 of the 13 available.

→Gone would be the lifetime non-resident fishing license, lifetime state waterfowl license and the lifetime 60 and older hunting, fishing and combination licenses.

→The lifetime licenses sold to ages 64 and above would be changed to ages 65 and above.
