At the game, crimson color left Tulsa fans feeling blue

TULSA — Charlie Adams came to the University of Tulsa 's biggest home game in years with his game face on.

Blue paint covered half of the 11-year-old's face, gold paint the other half. Blue hairspray camouflaged his normally red hair.

It even inspired his father, Greg Adams , to paint a blue and gold TU on his forehead.

But as father and son watched fans file into H.A. Chapman Stadium on Friday night...
