Miskovsky is the second Oklahoma City attorney charged this week with a sex crime. Michael Gassaway was charged Tuesday with soliciting prostitution for accepting sex as payment for legal fees.

Lane said Toney is a prostitute Miskovsky has had a relationship with for several years.

Toney told police she met Miskovsky about 10 years ago while working for an escort service, according to documents. She told police Miskovsky paid her for sex in the past.

Miskovsky and a high school tennis coach were arrested in June on complaints of offering to engage in acts of prostitution. Police said he was arrested by Oklahoma City vice officers as part of an ongoing escort service sting.

Miskovsky was part of the defense team representing Brenda Andrew, who was convicted of murder in 2004 in the death of her husband and sentenced to death in Oklahoma County.

Miskovsky is charged with felony counts of second-degree rape and forcible oral sodomy of a child under age 16 and misdemeanor counts of offering to engage in an act of lewdness and providing alcohol to a minor.
