A Texas man died Sunday in an all-terrain vehicle crash in Bryan County.

Shortly after 8:45 p.m., Marvin G. Marr, 30, of Sherman, Texas, was driving an ATV on a county road about six miles southwest of Achille. The vehicle went off the road's east side and struck a barbed-wire fence, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Marr was thrown about five feet, and hit a tree. The ATV hit the same tree.
Marr died at a Texas hospital. Investigators detected an odor of alcohol and noted that the accident could have been related to the use of alcohol.
