Audit finds misspending in Oklahoma City's Weed and Seed program
Hundreds of thousands of dollars in Oklahoma City 's Weed and Seed program were mismanaged or misspent over the past six years, according to the results of a federal audit released by the city Friday.
The audit said some city and federal money might have been used for personal purposes.
