Author Barbara Malcher sets book-signing event in Okarche
OKARCHE -- Dr. Barbara Malcher , of El Reno , will be signing copies of her new book at the Okarche Yearly Festival.
The book-signing is set for 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the festival, on County Line Road in Okarche.
Malcher's book is Tonia Baby Bee and Her First Friend.
