ADA — Authorities say remains found near Ada earlier this month belong to a man who was reported missing last summer.
Authorities tell a local newspaper that the human skull has been identified as 41-year-old Eren Kendal Nance.
A maintenance worker found the skull on April 13 in a creek behind the Chickasaw Nation nutrition center. Chickasaw Nation Lighthorse Police Chief Jason O'Neal says Nance was reported missing in the Ada area on July 25, 2011.
Authorities do not yet know how Nance died.
