GEARY — A man robbed a Geary bank Thursday morning, the FBI reported.
About 10 a.m., a man walked into the Bank of Western Oklahoma, 101 W Main St., and demanded money from the teller. The man implied he had a firearm but no weapon was seen. The teller gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money in a yellow plastic bag, the FBI reported.
The robber was last seen leaving the bank northbound on foot on Main Street. No one was injured during the robbery.
The robber was described as a white man with brown hair, clean-shaven, in his mid-20s, about 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighing about 135 pounds, the FBI reported.
The FBI and Geary police are investigating the robbery. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770. Callers can remain anonymous.
The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robber.
