DETROIT (AP) — Visitors to the North American International Auto Show in Detroit will get a chance to grab a ride in electric and hybrid vehicles.

The "Aisin Drive Green Experience" takes place in Michigan Hall, on the lower level of Cobo Center. The presenting sponsor is Japanese auto parts supplier Aisin. Vehicles from a number of manufacturers will be on the indoor track.

Press previews are Monday and Tuesday, and public days of the show run from Saturday through Jan. 27. During press previews, members of the media will get to drive on the track. During the public show, visitors may ride as passengers.

The driving track has been set up in past years in the lower level of Cobo Center during the show.
