Cooke's shoes were found in her purse and her purse was still in her hand, according to the report.

A police report prepared for the media and released by the university shows only that officers responded to a report of an unconscious female at 2:21 a.m. June 3.

Cooke was a 2008 graduate of Edmond North High School, where she was a valedictorian.

Cooke earned a bachelor's degree in zoology and was pursuing a second bachelor's degree in Spanish while studying for the Medical College Entrance Exam. She planned to attend medical school at the OU Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.

Cooke attended OU in the spring semester and was enrolled for the upcoming fall semester, but wasn't enrolled in summer courses, OU spokeswoman Catherine Bishop said.
