Baby Veronica case: Parents back at Tulsa courthouse for fifth day

Negotiations apparently stretched into a fifth day as Baby Veronica's two sets of parents came back to a downtown Tulsa courthouse Friday morning.

Dusten Brown, the biological father, arrived just before 10 a.m., followed minutes later by Matt and Melanie Capobianco, the adoptive parents.

Appointed by the Oklahoma Supreme Court last week, the settlement judge informed the Tulsa World at mid-day Thursday that negotiations were ongoing but no final agreement had been reached.
