"We have played well as a team at home. That's what we want," Danis said. "We want to make it tough on other teams when they come in here, they know they're in for a tough battle."

SHORTHANDED SPECIALIST

Hunter Tremblay has four goals this season and three have been shorthanded, including one Saturday. He is the only OKC player with a shorthanded goal this season.

"I play most of my time on the penalty kill, so if I'm going to score it's going to be on the PK," Tremblay said with a chuckle. "We've had a lot of opportunities to practice the PK. The guys who are out there are doing what it takes."

UP NEXT

The Barons won't play again until Friday at Grand Rapids. That will be followed by a Saturday game at Rockford and a Sunday game back at Grand Rapids. OKC's next home game is Dec. 2 against San Antonio.
