Bartlesville fire victims died of smoke inhalation, ME's Office reports

BARTLESVILLE — Autopsy reports released Tuesday for five people who died in a Bartlesville house fire raise more questions about what transpired during the Jan. 4 blaze.

The reports from the state Medical Examiner's Office list the victims' cause of death as smoke and soot inhalation.

The manner of their deaths is listed as unknown because the cause of the fire is unknown and arson has not been excluded.
