For the first time since 1953, Milo Hamilton won't be calling Major League Baseball games this season. He shared some of his favorite highlights Friday afternoon at the Houston Astros caravan stop at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Hamilton's most famous call was Henry Aaron's 715th home run that surpassed legend Babe Ruth.
“Here's the pitch by Downing ... swinging ... there's a drive into left-center field ... that ball is gonna be ... OUTTA HERE! IT'S GONE. IT'S 715!!! There's a new home run champion of all time ... and it's HENRY AARON!”
“We're kind of joined at the hip with No. 715,” Hamilton said. “They tell me it's the most replayed sports highlight of all time. It's hard to believe that was 38 years ago.”
Hamilton, 85, began his Major League career with the St. Louis Browns. He also called games for the Cardinals, Pirates, White Sox, Cubs, Braves and Astros.
The Iowa native called 11 no-hitters, including one of Nolan Ryan's, and a six-pitcher Astros no-hitter in 2003.
“You have to be at the right place at the right time,” Hamilton said. “A lot of guys in my business never get to do one, let alone 11.”
