How many Big 12 teams will be included in the 64-team field for the NCAA Division I baseball tournament?

Baylor and Oklahoma will host regional tournaments May 26-28, so those two teams are already in the field. Most people in this area expect the conference to get at least five teams in the NCAA field. Last year, six Big 12 teams made it, and two -- Oklahoma State and Texas A&M -- made it through the regionals and super regionals to qualify for the eight-team College World Series in Omaha, Neb.

A total of 29 automatic bids go to conference champions, and there are 35 at-large bids.
The 64-team field and pairings for the 16 four-team regionals will be announced Monday.
