Batkid throws first pitch at San Francisco Giants home opener Published: April 8, 2014

Miles Scott, aka "Batkid" threw out the first pitch at AT&T Park before the San Francisco Giants home opener on Tuesday.

Scott, who is in remission from Leukemia, captured the attention of America in November 2013 when the city of San Francisco and the Make-A-Wish Foundation banded together to make his wish come true - fighting crime as Batman.

At the game Tuesday, the 5-year-old rolled out in a Batman-themed Lamborghini and was accompanied by Giants starter Matt Cain to the mound for the ceremonial first pitch.
