Batman 1966 stop-motion intro from Kyle Roberts recreates Adam West era

The latest from director Kyle Roberts – also a videographer at NewsOK – is a stop-motion video re-creating the intro to the famous 1966 “Batman” TV series, starring Adam West and Burt Ward.

Roberts used the new Mattel figures based on the TV series for the stop-motion, along with an assortment of other figures. Nathan Poppe drew the backgrounds for the intro and was the art director for the video. The cover of the “Batman” theme song was performed by O’Fidelis. Nate Bright and Jenna Green did makeup; production assistants were Cameron Gillispie and Austin Gill.

I wrote the framing device for the intro, starring Alex Harris and Josh Bonzie.
