'Batman' artist, 'Joker' creator Jerry Robinson dies
Comic book artist Jerry Robinson , who worked on creating many of the key “Batman” characters, died Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Times ' Geoff Boucher . Robinson was 89.
“The great Jerry Robinson — key creator behind Robin, the Joker, Two-Face & Alfred — died in his sleep last night,” Boucher reported.
