Big 12's top 10 players

Quincy Acy (Sr.) Baylor — Bears' big man is a beast, a difficult matchup for most teams in the league.

J'Covan Brown (Sr.) Texas — Conference's top scorer is the veteran leader on a young, inexperienced team.

Marcus Denmon (Sr.) Missouri — Among the conference's scoring, free throw percentage and 3-point shooting leaders.

Perry Jones III (So.) Baylor — Future lottery pick missed the first five games due to suspension from a year ago.

Khris Middleton (Jr.) A&M — Missed seven games with a knee injury. Must stay healthy for Aggies to make a run.

Keiton Page (Sr.) OSU — More efficient as a complementary player. A lot is being placed on the shoulders of a 5-foot-9 guard.

Steven Pledger (Jr.) OU — League's second-leading scorer ranks among the nation's top shooting guards.

Thomas Robinson (Jr.) Kansas — No longer in Morris twins' shadows, 6-foot-10 star compiling All-American stats.

Tyshawn Taylor (Sr.) Kansas — When KU's point guard is playing well, the Jayhawks usually notch a win.

Royce White (So.) Iowa State — Minnesota transfer is the overwhelming favorite to win Big 12 Newcomer of the Year.
