— ESPN's “Sunday Night Baseball” returns at 7 p.m. Sunday with the New York Yankees at Boston (Dave O'Brien, Orel Hershiser, John Kruk and reporter Buster Olney). The Texas Rangers will be featured at 6 p.m. Monday on the network against the Yankees (O'Brien, Aaron Boone, Rick Sutcliffe and reporter Tim Kurkjian), and the game also will air on Fox Sports Southwest.

— Ratings for Fox's All-Star Game coverage were up slightly over last year. The network managed a 6.9 fast national, up 1 percent from last year. Oklahoma City ratings will be subpar due to a disruption in KOKH-25's coverage from technical problems.

— Two of the most recent additions to ESPN's NFL team, analyst Jeff Saturday, a six-time Pro Bowl center, and contributor Billy Devaney, a former St. Louis Rams general manager, made their debut on ESPN shows this week.
