Florida State football coach Jimbo Fisher

"I'm surprised (by the defense's poor performance). But they're still a young group. This was going to be a telling test to where we're at. It's one football game. Oklahoma did a great job. Oklahoma's got some very dynamic people and had a heck of a first half."

"We knew what we had to do. It was a high-tempo (offense) and Coach was calling plays from the sideline. By the time we looked over to the sideline for the call, they were up on the center already."
