Benefit golf tournament Friday in Kingfisher

KINGFISHER -- Sign-in for the Kingfisher Elks Lodge Oilman's Golf Tournament will be 7 to 8 a.m. Friday, June 22, at the city's municipal golf course, 600 E Bowman St.

Proceeds from the four-man scramble will go to the lodge's scholarship program and other activities. Entry fee is $300 per team, $40 for a two-mulligan card.

There will be payouts of $1,200, $700, $500 and $200 in each of three flights. Some 36 teams are expected.
