A benefit will be held for Brandon and Rebecca Denny, two of the youngest survivors of the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, on the attack’s 19th anniversary.
The mixed martial arts fundraiser will be Saturday at the Oklahoma City Farmers Market, 311 S Klein. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The family has incurred numerous medical bills recently, and the parents lost income due to missing work to care for the children. Brandon spent several months in intensive care and a rehab center before going home after the bombing. He has a permanent shunt in the back of his head and experiences epilepsy. Rebecca required three surgeries before her release from the hospital.
