BETHANY — A man arrested Monday is accused of sexually abusing two girls younger than 14, Bethany police reported.
Randy McGuin, 33, of Bethany, was arrested on two rape by instrumentation complaints.
The victims' legal guardians told police they thought McGuin was sexually molesting the victims, according to the arrest report.
One of the victims told her guardian McGuin touched, kissed and licked her inappropriately. The other girl said McGuin kissed her on her buttocks, according to the report.
Police found McGuin at 4212 N Donald Ave. When they asked him what happened, McGuin hung his head, looked at the ground and said he did bad things, according to the report.
McGuin was taken to the Oklahoma County jail, and his bail was set at $100,000.
