Bethany police looking for suspect in robbery attempt early Sunday
BETHANY — Police are looking for a man accused of a robbery attempt on two people at a Holiday Inn Express about 2:50 a.m. Sunday.
Timothy L. Franks , 25, apparently was overpowered by the victims and received a head wound in the scuffle, police Lt. Sharon Cadle wrote in a news release. Four shots were fired during the incident, but no one was hit, she said.
