UP: Steven Okert, LHP, OU
The Sooner reliever became the first Big 12 pitcher to beat Baylor, finishing off Game 1 of their series last weekend. He came back a couple hours later to earn the save in Game 2 of a doubleheader, leading to a sweep of the Bears. Okert didn't allow a run in a combined three innings.
DOWN: Jayhawk Weekends
When Kansas lost the Sunflower Showdown to rival Kansas State last weekend, it marked the fifth straight lost Big 12 series for the Jayhawks, who fell to 5-15 in conference play. KU has won but one (Texas Tech) of seven league series so far, heading into this weekend's matchup with Missouri.
