Big 12 12-Pack

Twelve games that will shape the landscape of the conference:

Monday: Texas A&M at Baylor. The Aggies have issues and need to get off to a good start. In Waco, that won't be easy.

Wednesday: Kansas State at Kansas. An early Sunflower State showdown that could establish each team's contender status.

Jan. 9: Bedlam I. Do either of the state teams belong in the NCAA Tournament conversation? If so, this is a must win.

Jan. 10: Baylor at Kansas State. The Bears get their first real Big 12 road test. And Frank Martin's crew will be ready.

Jan. 11: Texas A&M at Texas. The Drum might beat loudly with the chants of S-E-C, S-E-C!

Jan. 16: Baylor at Kansas. A Big Monday matchup that will put KU's league stranglehold to the test.

Jan. 21: Missouri at Baylor. Are the Tigers for real? This will go a long way toward clarifying that.

Feb. 4: Kansas at Missouri. Will this be the last time the Jayhawks play at Mizzou? They'll want to leave a lasting impression.

Feb. 8: Kansas at Baylor. Back-to-back defining road games for KU; the kind it has won during its run.

Feb. 11: Baylor at Missouri. The last road test against what figures to be the main challengers of the North.

Feb. 13: Kansas at Kansas State. KU has dominated the series during the Big 12 era, even in Bramlage Coliseum.

Feb. 25: Texas at Kansas. Not as big as recent years, but it could carry major meaning for both schools.
