Big 12 power poll: Kansas on path to ninth straight regular season crown
Oklahoma State has a big week and Sooners have chance to put stamp on turnaround season.
1. Kansas (26-4, 14-3): Jayhawks all set up to claim a ninth straight Big 12 regular season crown.
2. Oklahoma State (22-6, 12-4): Stakes week — at Iowa State and home against K-State — for the Big 12 and beyond.
3. Kansas State (24-5, 13-3): 'Cats must take care of business, and get help from Baylor to claim the title.
4. Oklahoma (19-9, 10-6): Sweep week for the Sooners (West Virginia and TCU) to put a stamp on turnaround season.
5. Iowa State (19-10, 9-7): May need a win over the Cowboys to solidify NCAA status.
6. Baylor (17-13, 8-9): Last-second loss to K-State the final dagger in the Bears' tourney hopes?
7. Texas (14-16, 6-11): Not great, but definitely better with Myck Kabongo back in charge.
8. West Virginia (13-16, 6-10): After gaining traction, Mountaineers have lost four straight.
9. Texas Tech (10-18, 3-14): Well, at least there's that sweep of TCU.
10. TCU (10-19, 1-15): Horned Frogs have reinforcements coming; and they need 'em.
