Class: Senior; Position: Outfield
McComas hit .429 with 18 RBIs and 39 runs scored for the Wolves. The four-year starter played several positions at Santa Fe and hit .374 for her career.

Taliaferro hit .436 with 38 RBIs and 41 runs scored for the Class 6A state champions. She tied a school record with seven home runs and hit 11 for her career.
MADDY ELLIS, YUKON
Class: Senior; Position: Utility
The Millers' other Ellis was 24-4 with a 1.14 ERA in the circle. In 129 1/3 innings, Ellis struck out 176 and posted a 1.14 ERA while walking 36. Ellis has signed with Arkansas Tech.

RICK NORDYKE, EDMOND NORTH
It wasn't the perfect end of the season for Nordyke, who did not coach the state tournament and won't coach the first few games of next season after being suspended when the Huskies were found to have played too many games. But Nordyke's team was the best in 6A all season and continued that through the state tournament, winning a state title.
