Bill Morgan , a longtime Oklahoma newspaper owner and publisher, died Thursday. He was 81.

Morgan was the owner and publisher of the Hughes County Times in Wetumka and the Weleetkan in Weleetka .

Morgan served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a regional editor for the Pacific Stars and Stripes newspaper in Tokyo . He returned to the United States in 1954 and worked at the Henryetta Daily...
