Bill requires teachers to question climate change in class

The Kansas House Education Committee has introduced a bill that asks teachers to include evidence against climate change in science classes, according to The Topeka Capital-Journal.

The bill was introduced last week and says science classes must “provide information to students of scientific evidence which both supports and counters a scientific theory or hypothesis.”

The Capitol-Journal reports that no hearings have been scheduled yet for the bill.
