Billy Etbauer is a five-time saddle bronc world champion. Beginning Friday, he will compete in his 21st National Finals Rodeo .
He will be trying to win a sixth world title that would tie him with saddle bronc legends Casey Tibbs and Dan Mortensen for the most ever.
