From the National Weather Service, Norman Forecast Office: “A storm system will bring a mixture of snow and rain to Oklahoma and western north Texas through this evening. Snow accumulations of one to at most two inches may occur across portions of western and central Oklahoma. However, these accumulations will be mainly confined to elevated and grassy surfaces along and north of Interstate-40.

“Black ice will be possible later tonight after midnight as temperatures fall below zero…which may result in slick roadways across portions of Oklahoma and western north Texas.

“Looking ahead,  a storm may bring snow to far northern Oklahoma Friday night and early Saturday with a good chance of rain elsewhere.”
