Blood donors can cheer for teams in Bedlam style

NORMAN — Healthy people who are at least 17 years old can get ready for this year’s Bedlam football game by participating in one of two blood drives in Norman.

Donors will receive free crimson University of Oklahoma or orange Oklahoma State University blood donor T-shirts. This year’s Bedlam game between OU and OSU is Nov. 29 at Stillwater.

The blood drives are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 235 W Duffy and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 28 at Sooner Mall, 3301 W Main.

Donations also can be made at the blood institute’s Norman center, 1004 24th Ave. NW.
