Blood drive scheduled in Oklahoma City for Tuesday

A blood drive for metro-area residents will be Tuesday at the Central State Massage Academy in northwest Oklahoma City.

The blood drive is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the academy, 8494 Northwest Expressway.

Donors can receive a free haircut and their choice of an Oklahoma State University or University of Oklahoma T-shirt, said Leslie Gamble, Oklahoma Blood Institute spokeswoman.

Each donor also gets Members for Life points for use in the blood institute's online store, plus free health check readings.
