Dear Mr. Berko: Please tell me what you know about Dell Computer and if you think it is a good buy for a 12-month capital gain? Also, tell me what you know and think about the Wells Fargo ultra-short-term municipal income fund. I have a lot of short-term money to invest for less than a year and need to keep it safe.
