Blue Cross names president
Ted Haynes was named Thursday as the new president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. He will start the job July 1. Haynes is the vice president of health care delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. He has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield's parent company, Health Care Service Corp., since 1999. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma employs 1,000 people and insures 685,000 Oklahomans.
