DUNEDIN, Fla. (AP) — Brett Cecil is ready to build off his turnaround season as a reliever for the Toronto Blue Jays.

A starter for most of his career, Cecil found full-time work last year at the back end of the bullpen.

Cecil wound up as an All-Star, going 5-1 with one save and a 2.82 ERA in 60 games.

Cecil wore down during the second half of the season. The lefty developed soreness in his shoulder and was shut down in September.

The 27-year-old Cecil says he's now completely healthy.
