Board approves copying fee for Oklahoma assessors
A statewide fee of $50 an hour was established Thursday for county assessors to charge commercial interests wanting copies of property records and other data.
Some assessors had been charging nearly 10 times that amount to companies that wanted all the county property data so they could sell it to customers.
