EDMOND — Tulsa-based Coldwell Banker Select has expanded its footprint in the Oklahoma City area in a deal that puts the former EXIT Bob Linn Real Estate under the Coldwell Banker brand.
The Edmond realty office is now known as Coldwell Banker Select-Formerly Bob Linn Real Estate, Linn said Tuesday. Linn and his wife, Dixie, run the office, which is at 3209 S Broadway, Suite 213, in the Edmond Exchange shopping center northwest of 33rd and Broadway.
Coldwell Banker Select formed in June 2008 with the merger of Coldwell Banker Rader Group in Tulsa and Terry Gartside Realtors in Sapulpa, which soon added Marolyn Pryor Realtors in Mustang. Coldwell Banker Select is one of three enterprises owned by Tulsa's Select Management Group, led by owner-chairman Sam Rader.
With the addition of Bob Linn Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Select office have more than 600 agents across the state, said Pete Galbraith of Sapulpa, president of Coldwell Banker Select and a member of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
“This merger is the combination of two market leaders in the Oklahoma City market, Coldwell Banker Select said in a written statement. “The merger will also allow both companies to provide cutting-edge strategies with a market presence unmatched in Oklahoma by any other company.”
