Bobbi Parker letter to Randolph Dial read in court
MANGUM — The prosecution calls it a “love letter”; the defense calls it a “survival letter.” Whatever was behind an emotional letter written by Bobbi Parker to Randolph Dial will be left for jurors to decide.
At the time, Parker, the wife of then- Deputy Warden Randy Parker , had been missing for nearly 10 years, since murderer Randolph Franklin Dial escaped from prison on Aug. 30, 1994.
