A car pulled from Lake Stanley Draper on Sunday afternoon had a body inside it, Oklahoma City police said.
Police Lt. Taylor Dinh said they don't know whether the person was a victim of a homicide or suicide.
“Nothing appears to be unusual or suspicious,” Dinh said. “There doesn't appear to be any trauma that has been found on the body. We're still going to investigate it as a homicide.”
Boaters called police Sunday and reported something strange sticking out of the water at the lake. Police determined it was a bike rack attached to a car.
Dinh said police will work with the medical examiner to determine the name of the person and the cause of death.
